Main objective of this investigation provide a herbal medicine like polyherbal gel benefits to increased their safety efficacy, quality and reduce the need of corticosteroid therapy in patient for major cause of aphthous stomatitis. Pharmacognostic preformulation like macroscopic evaluations, foreign organic matter, loss of drying, ash value, extractive value, and phytochemical screening were done by authenticate procedure. Extraction is done by maceration process of each plant by using different suitable solvents. Preparation of oral gel using accurate ratio of methyl and propyl paraben was dissolved in warm water and 934p was mixed with using homogenizer. A determined amount of extract was mixed with PEG400 and this mixture of extract slowly added to the gel and mix properly. Triethanolamine was added to gel for achieve pH. In-vitro evaluations like physical appearance, viscosity, spreadability, homogeneity, extrudability, clarity and antimicrobial study with stability study was done by following the ICH guideline. In vivo study we followed experimental protocol , male rats (180-300gm) six in each group we were used and ulceration process was performed the histological characteristics were analyzed and score according to the ulcer phase in the stastical analysis a value of p<0.01 was considered.
